PMAY एक सरकारी योजना है जिसके तहत आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और मध्यम आय वर्ग के परिवारों को सस्ती और मजबूत आवास सुविधा दी जाती है।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत योग्य आवेदकों को घर बनाने के लिए अधिकतम ₹2,50,000 तक की वित्तीय सहायता और ब्याज सब्सिडी दी जाती है।
EWS (Economically Weaker Section): वार्षिक आय ₹3 लाख तक
LIG (Low Income Group): वार्षिक आय ₹3 से ₹6 लाख
MIG (Middle Income Group): वार्षिक आय ₹6 से ₹9 लाख
आवेदक के पास पहले से पक्का घर नहीं होना चाहिए।
