5. Eligibility
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government from a recognized university established in India.
- Candidates must have passed the Food Analyst Examination conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), New Delhi, for appointment to the post of Food Analyst.
