- Candidates must have an M.Sc. Degree or equivalent with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates pursuing or holding degrees in B.E., B.Tech., B.Pharma, MBBS or Integrated Courses are also eligible.

- Register yourself by providing your basic details and creating a login ID.
- Fill in your personal, educational, and professional details in the form.
- Upload necessary documents and pay the application fee (Rs. 1150 for General/EWS, Rs. 600 for OBC-NCL, Rs. 325 for SC/ST/PwD) via online payment methods before 25 October 2025 (11:50 PM).
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

NTA CSIR NET December 2025 Exam
The CSIR UGC NET (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research – National Eligibility Test) is a national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to determine the eligibility of candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship/Assistant Professor positions in Indian universities and colleges.
The online application process will begin on 25 September 2025, and the last date to apply online is 24 October 2025 (till 11:50 PM).
Candidates can pay the exam fee up to 25 October 2025 (11:50 PM) through Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
The CSIR NET December 2025 Exam is scheduled to be held on 18 December 2025. The detailed exam schedule and city intimation slip will be released later by NTA.
Ans:
For JRF (Junior Research Fellowship): Maximum 30 years as of December 2025.
For Lectureship/Assistant Professor: No upper age limit.
